Mail Service Program

Mail Service Program provides you with a prestigious business address - Southwind for your mail, packages, deliveries, letterhead and business cards. Mail may be picked-up Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Waiting on something important? We will be happy to call or page you when it arrives.

Telephone Answering Service Program

Telephone Answering Service Program includes your own telephone number and one voice mail box accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Your number is answered personally by SES's receptionist during normal business hours. Messages are recorded directly into your voice mail box. Also includes unlimited incoming lines so that your callers never receive a busy signal and your number is listed with BellSouth information. Options include call routing, paging, etc.

Basic Program ( Mail & Telephone Answering Programs )

The Basic Program includes all of the services of both the Mail Services Program and the Telephone Answering Service Program with a $10.00 per month discount.

Executive Program

The Executive Program includes all of the services of the Basic Program plus four free hours per month (non-cumulative) use of our Conference Rooms or furnished private office, based on availability. Additional time is available at the current rate under Optional Services.
