Our instant meeting conferencing services allows you the freedom to hold an audio conference at a moments notice from anywhere, any time!

Our new Polycom Sound System, in conjuction with our state-of-the-art phone system, enables you to have hands free, clear sounding conference calls.

• Calling Options
  Participants may easily call-in via a toll-free or with-toll number at
  your option.
• Secure Access
  Secure access with a participant password.
• Participant Name Record
  Prompts participants to record their name as they enter the call.
• Conference Entry/Exit Announcement
  The entry/exit of participants is announced with a tone (default), their
  recorded name or silent entry.
• Self-Mute/Un-mute
  Allows participants to mute or un-mute their line regardless of if their
  telephone has a “mute” button.
• Participant Count
  Participants may request a count of the number of individuals in the active
  conference. The count will be provided as a recorded private message
  played to the initiator only.
• Options
  Other options available to suit the individual needs of each meeting
  including reports of participants phone numbers, etc.
